Acquiring & Empowering Businesses for Long-Term Growth
About Us
G513 Ventures is an acquisition firm built on an owner-operator approach. We look for businesses that founders have spent years, often decades, growing into profitable, well-established companies. And we look for a specific moment in a company's life: the founder is ready for what comes next, and the business is ready for committed leadership to protect what's been built and take it further. We buy great businesses, run them hands-on, and keep them for the long term.
Our Approach
We work side by side with the management teams already in place, not above them. We get into the details of how work gets done and where the company can win, sharpening what it does well and fixing what it doesn't. The goal is growth that lasts, not a quick flip.
We think in decades. That means good jobs for the people who work in our companies, real value for the customers they serve, and businesses their communities can count on. More than returns, we want to be the buyer founders are glad they chose, long after closing.
Our Team

Christine Fessler
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Christine spent more than 15 years inside large global consumer goods companies, most recently as Chief Risk Officer at McCormick & Company. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles focused in strategy, operations, and risk at Kraft Heinz and Newell Brands, and began her career in consulting at Deloitte.
Across every role, she focused on the same core challenge from different angles: protecting and growing the value of complex, global businesses. Christine has both set strategic direction for business units and run the day-to-day operations that turn strategy into results. She now applies that experience on a longer horizon by acquiring and leading exceptional businesses with care, continuity, and a multi-decade commitment.
Christine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Andrew Fessler
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Andrew spent nearly a decade investing in and operating institutional real estate. As Director of Asset Management at Sylvan Road Capital, he led a team responsible for a $1.4 billion portfolio of 5,000 rental homes across 26 cities. Before that, at Mapletree Investments, he managed a $730 million student housing portfolio and took a 405-unit ground-up development from opening through lease-up. He began his career as a CPA and consultant at PwC.
He treated every property as its own small business and backed the local teams who made each one succeed. Now he's putting his operating experience and financial foundation to work acquiring and leading great businesses for the long term.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.

Our Commitment to Founders
Selling a business you've built over 15, 20, or 30 years isn't just a financial transaction. It's personal. We know what's at stake: your employees, your customers, your reputation. In our hands, they don't become line items to be optimized. They become our responsibility. And when you pass your business on to us, your reputation is ours too.
